Position Description

Job Title: Fit Out Manager
Reporting Into: Project Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Objective:

Oversee the entire procurement process including contract negotiation, vendor selection, negotiation of sale price and payment methods, and contract administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department. 
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. 
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased. 
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. 
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualification, delivery times, product ranges, etc. 
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. 
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that they meet all compliance requirements. 
  • Review purchase orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate and conform to company policies and procedures. 
  • Negotiating prices on behalf of the company with suppliers or contractors for services or products. 

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure they follow all the necessary steps to complete a procurement.
  • Good communication skills


  • Good Negotiating skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Software purchasing. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a procurement officer or related position 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
